Community Breathwork Group

a collaboration with the Breathwork Liberation Society (BLS)

Shayla will encourage and guide the group in an ACTIVE Breathwork style with intention,

somatic energy activation, and journey-to-rest. ~ All while listening to a cultivated playlist.

The session is 75 minutes online - via ZOOM. (For ages 18yrs+)
